When we install an EV charging system at your workplace or home, we will run through its service and maintenance schedule with you. We also offer maintenance and safety checks for EV charging stations, regardless of the manufacturer or who installed them.
It is recommended to have a service check of your EV charger every year.
We will check the safety of your equipment, even if we did not install it for you. In addition, we will run electrical checks and update the firmware if also required. Service and maintenance will ensure your system is working safely and efficiently.

Customer care
Chargers can withstand all types of weather conditions and needs no extra protection from sun, snow, wind or rain.
You should keep your charging station clean. Although water-resistant, it is important to keep the charging connector dry, keeping it docked on the charger when not in use.
